Steve Holl Consulting provides 30
years of professional experience as a wildlife biologist and project manager specializing in habitat and natural
resource planning. Mr. Holl combines science with public policy to provide objective products. He has extensive
experience in the Sierra Nevada, Central Valley, southern California, and Klamath Mountains and has published 10 peer-reviewed scientific
articles. As a project manager he has successfully assisted a wide variety of private, federal, state, and
local clients achieve their objectives.
The firm provides expertise in:
- Preparing complex natural resource and recreation management plans;
- Community Wildfire Protection Plans;
- Endangered Species Act compliance (Biological Assessments, Habitat Conservation Plans, Safe Harbor
Agreements);
- Managing and preparing NEPA and CEQA documents; and
- Developing and implementing studies of large mammals.
